Reid has been actively involved in property management since 2007, managing personally-owned rental properties purchased as value-add acquisitions as well as creating the property management division at John L Scott. Having subsequently worked for two national commercial real estate firms, his expertise from investment sales will help position your asset to achieve your long term investment goals. Natalie Bell – Director of Operations
Natalie joined the Seattle Apartment Managers team after the successful management of a historic 355 unit tower under a multi-million dollar property wide renovation. Natalie is the mastermind behind our property management team and ensures your property performs to its full potential. From move ins to renewals, vendor and resident management, our property managers run the show. Your residents can expect prompt and professional service throughout their entire residency. Rest assured, our quality communication will also keep you informed of your property happenings and performance.
Xavier Perez – Director of Leasing
Prior to joining Seattle Apartment Mangers, Xavier has been responsible for driving the leasing and marketing efforts for over 1,200 units amongst four different properties. His leasing achievements include a closing ratio of 46%, a conversion ratio of 75%, and amassed sales of over $950,000 within a 10-month period. His tenacity to deliver the ultimate leasing experience is undeniable as he takes the time and care with each prospective resident to ensure their needs are met.
