Reid Edwards
President
Reid Edwards is President and Founder of Maven Properties NW. Reid has been actively involved in property management since 2007, managing personally-owned rental properties purchased as value-add acquisitions as well as creating the property management division at John L Scott. Having subsequently worked for two national commercial real estate firms, his expertise from investment sales will help position your asset to achieve your long term investment goals. His passion for the industry and core values of Maven Properties NW is second to none and the driving factor for the company’s creation.
Jessica Packard
Director of Property Management
Jessica joined Maven Properties NW in 2021 bringing 11 years of experience in property management. She started in the industry as a part-time leasing consultant and quickly worked her way into an assistant role and onto property manager. Before joining Maven Properties NW, Jessica was the Senior Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential in Washougal, WA where she successfully managed multiple assets and developed strong client rapport via financial performance, compliance reporting, and resident management. She has a high focus on creative, solution- based problem solving and building the resident experience and has received multiple accolades including a training and development award, multi nominee at the industry ACE awards, and becoming a member of the mentor program within her previous roles at both Sequoia Equities and Avenue5 Residential.
